Open Council Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. Closed Council Meetings are held in the Anderson Room at 4:00 p.m. on the same days as the open Council Meetings.  Printed Agendas for these meetings are available to the public on the first floor of City Hall at Front of House, as of 8:15 am on the Monday of the Council Meeting.

Public Hearings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the third Monday of each month.

Standing Committee Agendas and Minutes
The dates and times of the Standing and Select Committee meetings are as follows:

• General Purposes Committee
  4:00 p.m. on the first and third Monday of each month;

• Community Safety Committee
  4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday following the first Council Meeting of each month unless otherwise indicated;

• Finance  Committee
  Meetings take place at the call of the chair;

  4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday following the second Council Meeting of each month unless otherwise indicated;

• Planning Committee
  4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday preceding a Council Meeting unless otherwise indicated;

• Public Works & Transportation Committee
  4:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month unless otherwise indicated.

Staff Committee Agendas and Minutes
The dates and times of Staff Committee meetings are as follows:

  3:30 pm on the Wednesday following a Council Meeting unless otherwise indicated;
