Enterprise Services

Enterprise Services is a sub-division of the Administration and Compliance Division, within the Finance and Corporate Services Deparment. This section is responsible for achieving the following goals:

  • Enhance customer/client services - maximize the level and quality of citizen and business client services
  • Reduced process and service response times - establish one-contact service protocols;
  • Achieve significant efficiencies within internal business and operating units;
  • Create ‘entrepreneurial and organizational synergies’ between internal City business units with a pool of specialist staff that share resources and team up on a program-to-program and project-to-project basis.
The Enterprise Services Unit was established with the goal of positioning the City to be more responsive to opportunities and customer needs and to support corporate departments’ efforts to improve on the overall effectiveness of the City's programs and services.
