Seniors Spring Guide 2017
Whether you want to learn a language, improve your computer skills, or learn to watercolour, Thompson offers a variety of general interest programs. Fitness classes and access to our fitness centre are also available at a reduced rate. Please see our fitness section for more information.

Hand in Hand with African Grandmothers

Fort Langley Tea and Tour

On the 4th Thursday of every month,Thompson provides a wellness clinic, often accompanied with an educational workshop. Get your blood pressure checked free of charge, or sign up for a manicure, pedicure or reflexology for less than $20.
The educational workshops cover many topics from maintaining healthy cognition to strategies for falls prevention. Please see the brochure below for more information and call 604-238-8422 to register.
