    Active Start - Parent and Tot 2 - 3 year olds

    Active Start - Preschoolers 4 - 5 year olds

    Fundamentals of Movement – Children 6-9 year olds
    Continue to learn, practice and develop even more Fundamental Movement Skills including skipping, dodging, balancing and kicking, and the Fundamental Sports Skills of trapping and dribbling.     Learn to Train – Preteens 10-12 year olds
    Transition from using Fundamental Movement Skills to Fundamental Sports Skills in this specifically designed programs for preteens.
