Minoru Seniors Society
Minoru Place is operated jointly by the Minoru Seniors Society and the City of Richmond's Community Services Department. The Minoru Seniors Society is a registered non-profit society whose purpose is to enhance the quality of life for older adults in Richmond through the provision of ongoing recreation opportunities and services.

Facility Pass ("Membership")
The Minoru Place Seniors Activity Centre membership is available to all people 55 years of age and older. The spouse of a member may join if he or she is under the age of 55 years. The annual membership fee is $22.40 for clients 55+ years effective one year from the date of purchase. Additional passes available to members:
Billiard Pass $28.00
Table Tennis $29.00
Woodworking Shop Pass 22.40
Woodcarving Pass for $22.40
Parking Pass for $10.00.
Membership benefits at Minoru Place include:
- discounted meals in the cafeteria
- voting at the Annual General Meeting
- the opportunity to actively participate as a Minoru Seniors Society board member
- use of the computer room and access to computer tutors
- access to all Minoru Place Clubs and Groups
