Payment Options

When you receive a City of Richmond Parking Ticket you have two options:

1.Paying the ticket, or
2.Disputing the Ticket through Adjudication

1. Through the website, choose one of the options below and follow the prompts.
   Search for Parking Ticket by Ticket Number
   Search for Parking Tickets by Licence Plate Number

2. In person at Richmond City Hall (6911 No. 3 Road). City Halls hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 5:00 pm. You may pay with cash, cheque, money order or by using your Interac card.

3. By mail to Richmond City Hall 6911 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC V6Y 2C1.

Cheques are payable to the City of Richmond.

Please enclose either the actual ticket, or write the ticket number on the cheque before it is mailed.
