Real Estate Services
The Real Estate Services Department acts in an advisory capacity on real estate and development matters to City Council, senior management, internal departments, and the public. The department is responsible for third party negotiations on the majority of real estate matters as they may affect Development Applications, Parks, Engineering and Transportation.
In addition, the Real Estate Services Department is responsible for the overall Land Strategy of the City including asset management, policy, acquisitions, dispositions and day to day management of strategic lands, leases and other agreements held by the City.
