Finance and Corporate Services
Finance and Corporate Services is comprised of the following business areas:

Finance – responsible for the financial well-being of the City,

Business Services – provides a variety of services that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal process through Risk Management, Business Advisory and Business Improvement,

Information Technology – provides Business Analysis, Project Management and IT Technical Services; and

Real Estate Services – responsible for handling the acquisition and disposition of land and real property for the City of Richmond.
