Richmond Public Library (RPL) has been proudly serving the Richmond community since 1976. With four branches and two book dispensers open seven days a week, plus a wealth of information available 24/7 at yourlibrary.ca, friendly staff are ready to help find the content needed wherever you are – in the library, on  mobile, at home or on the go!
