How to submit your RAC application 

At this time, we are not accepting application submissions in-person. Completed applications can be submitted one of three ways. 

1. Email: accessibility@richmond.ca 
2. Mail: Recreation Access Card Program, Community Social Development Department, 6911 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC  V6Y 2C1 
3. City Hall Drop Box: 6911 No. 3 Rd, located outside City Hall at the west side of the building

City Hall Drop Box instructions

• Completed RAC applications MUST be sealed in an envelope and clearly labelled Recreation Access Card Program.
• The City Hall Drop Box is available 24 hours per day/ seven days per week
  For application support or follow up, call 604-247-4692, or accessibility@richmond.ca.
• At this time, we are not accepting in-person application submissions or providing application support at City Hall.
