Pride Week
Pride Week in Richmond is a celebration of members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, Two-Spirit and gender diverse (LGBTQ2S+) communities in our city. Happening annually throughout the last week of July, Pride Week features inclusive events and interactive activities featuring local leaders, artists, performers and community members. Events are presented by the City of Richmond in partnership with Community Associations and Societies, and the Richmond Public Library.
This year’s Pride Week will be held from July 24 to 30, 2023. Check back this summer for a full listing of Pride Week events.

“[Pride Week] was a beautiful event and many community members were supportive and happy to participate. It was a great opportunity for youth and their families to participate and engage in positive dialogue around diversity and LGBTQ2S+ community building.”
