About bids&tenders

The bids&tenders platform simplifies the bid submission process for suppliers through an intuitive, seamless user interface.

Suppliers will be required to register for a bids&tenders account. A free bids&tenders account will give you access to completing submissions for any City of Richmond opportunity.

Successful bidders will be required to electronically submit certificates of insurance, WorkSafe letters and any other required documentation directly through bids&tenders. Documents will be housed in the bids&tenders database and suppliers will be notified when documents will need to be updated.
