Community Celebration Grant

The application period for the 2026 Community Celebration Grant is now closed. Thank you to all who applied.
This Program is designed to provide funding support for Richmond-based not-for-profit organizations, Richmond-based not-for-profit faith-based groups, Richmond Parent Advisory Committees and Richmond Student Councils to host free public events that connect and build community in Richmond.
Reporting Template for 2026 Richmond Community Celebration Grant Recipients
To be eligible for future funding opportunities through this Program, a Grant Use Report is required to be submitted by all Grant recipients. Within four weeks of your event, complete the 2026 Final Report template below, save the file to your computer and email it with two event photos, two signed photo waivers, and copies of all expense receipts to RichmondHasHeart@richmond.ca.

Refund Cheque for Unused Grant Funding
If your event has unused grant funding (any amount), a refund cheque is required to be mailed to the City of Richmond within four weeks of your event. Mail your cheque with the information below:
