Community Centre memberships options are:

  • 1, 3 or 6 months
  • 1 year pre-paid memberships

Minoru Centre for Active Living & Watermania memberships options are:

  • 1 month
  • 1 year pre-paid membership
  • Continuous monthly membership
  • 10 Visit Cards


Memberships & Visit Cards Conditions

By purchasing a Membership or Visit Card, membership or card holders agree to and/or acknowledge the following conditions:

  1. The Membership or Visit Card must be presented to staff at each visit.
  2. The membership is for the exclusive use of the membership holder only (it is not transferable).
  3. Sharing visits on a Visit Card is allowed, but the Visit Card holder must be present.
  4. For Aquatics Family Visit Cards, an Account Client must be present.
  5. Facilities may close for maintenance and/or holidays during the term of the membership.
  6. Facility hours are subject to change.
  7. Classes are subject to cancellation and/or change.
  8. A refund will only be considered if a permanent disability occurs, or if a client moves outside of the Richmond area. Proof may be required. The membership must be current (not expired) and the refund will be based on the date the refund was applied for.
  9. A membership extension will only be considered for medical reasons for periods of more than two weeks when a medical note is provided. The membership must be current (not expired) and the refund will be based on the date the extension was applied for.
  10. Annual membership holders are permitted one vacation extension per year (during the effective dates of the membership). Extensions must be requested prior to the start of vacation, and will only be granted for periods of more than two weeks, not exceeding one calendar month.
  11. A small fee applies to lost cards.
