Waitlist Information - NEW! 

The City of Richmond’s current practice is to phone a participant or parent/guardian when a pending spot has opened up in a program. Without an active phone number on an account, staff will not be able to make contact regarding a program opening.

To ensure a phone number is on an account or to update a phone number, call any community facility or the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.


Registered Visits 

Registrations for the following week's Registered Visits start online and through the Registration Call Centre at noon on the Tuesday one week prior. For example, Registered Visits occurring during the week of Mon, Sep 23 to Sun, Sep 29 are available for registration as of noon on Tue, Sep 17.

Choose the Browse & Register button above and search Registered Visits by facility.

Health & Safety Guidelines

All facilities and programs will meet strict health and safety guidelines as set out by local and provincial health authorities, and activities may be increased or decreased based on demand and public safety. 


Refunds, Withdrawals & Transfer Guidelines

Call the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (excluding statutory holidays) to receive a refund or to withdraw or transfer from a class or program.

Important Notice to Swim Parents and Adult Swimmers

Children and adults must have the required pre-requisite in order to successfully register into swim levels. Children and adults can only be registered in a class with a start date that is AFTER the last day of the class they are already registered in. Registrations that conflict with this requirement will be cancelled.
