2026 Richmond Neighbourhood Block Party Program
Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Richmond Neighbourhood Block Party Program.
This program provides an opportunity for two neighbours living in the same neighbourhood, street, or block (not living in the same household) to apply for up to $500.00 in funding to host a block party that connects residents in the neighbourhood and/or strata. Richmond-based Block Watch Programs are also eligible to apply.
This year's program will:- Foster neighbourhood connections;
- Create a sense of community; and
- Enhance safety and awareness in neighbourhoods.

Reporting Template for 2026 Neighbourhood Block Party Program Grant Recipients
To be eligible for future funding opportunities through this Program, a Grant Use Report is required to be submitted by all recipients. Within two weeks of your event, complete the 2026 Final Report template below, save the file to your computer and email the completed report back to BlockParty@richmond.ca along with two photos of your event, two signed photo waivers, and copy of all expense receipts. Refund Cheque for Unused Grant Funding
If you have unused funding (any amount), a refund cheque is required to be mailed to the City of Richmond within four weeks of your event. Mail your cheque to us using the information below:
