Contact the Customer Service Centre by phone, email, or regular mail for assistance in directing your inquiry.
5. Mail or Drop Off
Use the 24-hour drop box at Richmond City Hall (west entrance).
Note: This site does not have a staff directory. To contact a City staff member, call 604-276-4000 and ask for them by name or department.
In Case of Emergency
Call the City's 24 Hour City Emergency Line at 604-270-8721 in the case of an emergency such as broken water mains, sewer problems, downed trees on roads, traffic lights out, icy roads or other problems of this nature.
For Police, Fire, or Ambulance, emergencies only, call 911.

- Recycling Depot: Mon-Sun: 9:00am-6:15pm (Closed on statutory holidays)
