Lost & Found Pets


The BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BC SPCA) houses lost and found pets. The goal for both the City and the BC SPCA is to reunite pets and owners as quickly as possible.

For lost or found pets:

BC SPCA after hour emergency services close at 12:30am. If you find injured wildlife after those hours, you may contact the RCMP non-emergency at 604-278-1212 or if possible, please take to the closest emergency clinic and let them know to contact BC SPCA at 604-709-4668.

The City’s Animal Shelter is open to the public from 10:00am to 6:00pm (7 days a week, excluding statutory holidays). Refer to the BC SPCA website for more information.
