Dog Waste Collection
The Dog Waste Collection Program is part of the City's ongoing work to increase waste management services.
Dog waste bins are available at the entrances to all dog off-leash areas for easy disposal of dog waste. For locations of the dog off-leash areas visit Dogs in Parks.
The waste is collected, processed (separating waste from the plastic bags), and diverted at Metro Vancouver's wastewater treatment facilities.
Important notes:- Bins are for disposal of dog waste only
- Do not use for other pet waste or garbage/recycling
