City of Richmond Consolidated Service Fees Bylaw 8636 - Effective January 1, 2024.
Note: Fees are payable only by debit card or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). We no longer accept cash payments. Two pieces of valid Government issued identification is required, including photo ID (BC Driver's License is best). Must be a resident of Richmond with current address on ID.
Please note: BC Driver's License combined with the BC Services Card is considered ONE piece of ID. Expired ID is not accepted.
