Mayor's Annual Address
Richmond: Emerging from the Pandemic
Presented on March 2, 2023
The City of Richmond continues to grow as one of Canada’s most diverse and unique communities. Once a rural farming and fishing community, today it is a vibrant, internationally-renowned urban centre. A key to that growth and success has been a commitment to inclusion along with a strong vision supported by bold, innovative programs and strategies.
In his 2023 Annual Address, Mayor Malcolm Brodie looks at how the City has emerged from the challenges of the past two years and initiatives underway to foster a safe and resilient environment for residents and businesses.
