Rental Information
City Hall is centrally located in downtown Richmond at the corner of No. 3 Road and Granville Avenue, and is available for booking meetings, workshops, training sessions and private events. Rental space is available in the 2-storey low-rise portion of City Hall.
Commercial activities, registered political parties, or public rallies are not permitted inside City Hall.
Booking a Room
Secure a room booking by sending a completed City Hall Room Booking Inquiry Form to Customer Service at CityHallRoomBookings@richmond.ca. Once a completed inquiry form is received, staff will review availability and event suitability and contact you regarding next steps.
All bookings are subject to availability and rooms are generally not available on Mondays and Tuesdays due to Council Committee and Council meetings.

Special Events
Events are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to minimize the impact to City operations. If you would like to host an event at City Hall, please complete a City Hall Room Booking Inquiry Form and send it to CityHallRoomBookings@richmond.ca.

Parking Information
Richmond City Hall offers on site complimentary visitor parking for two hours and accessible parking with no time limit, 8:15am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. If your event will exceed the maximum two hours parking, alternate parking is available.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be in writing and the following charges will apply:
- 30 days or more prior to the booking: 25% of total charge
- Less than 30 days prior to the booking: 50% of total charge
- Less than 48 hours prior to the meeting: 100% of total charge
