Obtaining Copies of Building Records and Plans
Permit records and survey certificates are available to purchase without authorization from the property owner(s). Building drawings are available to the registered owner of the property or their authorized agent.
For each property request there is an administrative fee of $20.00. For each file requested there is a fee of $5.25 and $12.00 fee for a large file transfer.
Please email the completed Request Form and required documents to buildingrecordsrequest@richmond.ca.
