Snow Angels Program
Snow Angels needed this winter - volunteer today!
Snow Angels are neighbourhood volunteers, organized by the City of Richmond, who support eligible residents with snow removal from sidewalks and walkways. Make a difference this snowy season by signing up to be a Snow Angel and helping a neighbour in need.
The Snow Angels Program pairs volunteers with eligible community members who are elderly, ill or have mobility challenges and need help shoveling sidewalks and walkways during heavy snow fall (3 cm or more).
Training and more
Volunteers who sign up to become Snow Angels will receive training, a shovel, a toque, and ice melt. Snow Angels can also choose a specific area of Richmond to help with snow shoveling.
Join the Snow Angel program today at icanhelp.richmond.ca or contact the Snow Angel Coordinator at 604-247-4947. Individuals, families and businesses are encouraged to volunteer!
