Explore a festooned forest of holiday trees decorated by local merchants and organizations inside the historic cultural gem - Gulf of Georgia Cannery!
The is an opportunity for local merchants and community groups to festively decorate trees in a friendly competition to win the top vote for favourite tree, hosted at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site during the month of December. Voting can be done onsite or on our Facebook page @GulfofGeorgiaCannery.
This year, look out for decorated trees featuring holiday stories, traditions and celebrations shared by our community partners.
Due to our building’s unique placement over the water and historic architecture, it is colder inside the Cannery than it is outdoors; please dress appropriately to stay comfortable and enjoy your visit.
