On Family Day, Richmond's Children's Arts Festival returns with a full lineup to inspire imagination and creativity and provide family fun activities and performances. Imagination stations cost $10 per activity, and participation is optional. There are also options to sign up for various engaging free workshops. Visit www.childrensartsfestival.ca for more details.
