The 17th annual Richmond Children’s Arts Festival returns on BC Family Day at the Richmond Cultural Centre and Richmond Public Library. Visitors are invited to explore a variety of free, drop-in arts activities and inspiring performances, including music, literary arts, performing arts and visual arts.
