Organized sports groups, recreational groups and individuals can rent/book sports field space throughout the city. Sports fields available for bookings include:

• Artificial turf fields
• Sand fields

Insurance Requirements

The City of Richmond requires all user groups to provide proof of insurance prior to entering into any formal rental agreement.

• Application forms to be submitted a minimum of 21 days prior to a new booking. Requests are processed in the order received.
• When it is determined that a request can be accommodated, a copy of the Certificate of Insurance must be submitted with the City of Richmond and School District No. 38 (Richmond) named as "Additional Insured" with a minimum of $5,000,000.00 liability coverage.

When the Rentals Office receives the Certificate of Insurance, a contract will be forwarded. Insurance can be obtained through any insurance agent.
