Friends of the Richmond Library "Whale of a Book Sale"

Book lovers and readers of all ages, mark your calendars!

Friends of the Richmond Library (FOL) is getting ready for the eagerly awaited “Whale of a Book Sale” at Thompson Community Centre in March.

Featured at this 2-day sale are a wide selection of quality English and Chinese books, used and some like new, with many genres and authors including adult fiction and many non-fiction categories – Art, Music, Biography, Classics & Literature, Canadiana, Cookbooks, Crafts & Hobbies, History, War, Sports, Geography & Travel as well as an incredible collection of Children’s books, all priced at low-cost to the community.

All proceeds from the sale benefit Richmond public libraries. Patrons are requested to bring cash and their own bags or boxes.

Come early! This is a not-to-be-missed event to stock up your favourite reads as well as giftable items.
