Memorial Garden Public Engagement: In-person Open House

The City of Richmond currently lacks a dedicated space for memorialization. This public engagement process seeks to understand community needs and preferences regarding the potential creation of a Memorial Garden. Its goal is to assess community support and explore what a meaningful and sustainable model could look like. The findings will guide recommendations to be presented to Council for consideration.
