Biography
Simone Guo resides in Richmond, BC and was born in China into an artist’s family. She practiced Chinese brush painting in childhood and studied at Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, China where she completed a Bachelor and Master degree in Art History. In 2004, she earned another Master of Art History degree from the University of Victoria. She has had a number of solo exhibitions and has participated in many group exhibitions in North America and Asia. Her work is represented by Art Beatus Gallery and Visual Space Gallery in Vancouver BC, and Art Rental & Sales at Vancouver Art Gallery.
