Children's Arts Festival

Thank you to everyone who took part in the 17th annual Children's Arts Festival on Monday, February 16 at the Richmond Cultural Centre and Richmond Public Library. This day-long program featured hands-on activities and performances including music, visual arts, literary arts and performing arts, and free performances and drop-in workshops.
