Civic services closed Thanksgiving holiday
07 Oct 2022
Richmond civic services will be closed on Monday, October 10 for the Thanksgiving statutory holiday. Services will resume on Tuesday, October 11 at 8:15 a.m.
Civic services
While civic services are closed, many services are always accessible through the City of Richmond’s website. These online services include a variety of transactions, interactive tools and data searches. In addition, most information, forms and bulletins are also available on the website.
The public can also stay updated by following the City on Twitter (@Richmond_BC), Facebook (@cityofrichmondbc) and Instagram (@CityofRichmondBC).
For emergencies such as broken water mains, sewer problems, downed trees on roads, traffic lights out or other problems of this nature, call the City’s 24-hour Emergency Line at 604 270 8721.
Residents can also fill out an online Customer Feedback Form to request a service or report a problem, which will be reviewed during regular business hours.
Arts, Culture and Recreation opportunities
This long weekend is an ideal opportunity to spend time outside at one of Richmond’s many parks, or visit a community fitness centre or arts, cultural and heritage venue. Contact each facility directly for hours of operation.
To browse available City programs and to register, visit the Program Registration page. The Registration Call Centre will reopen on Tuesday, October 11 at 8:30 a.m.
