Richmond seeking feedback on Phase 2 of Cycling Network Plan update

01 November 2021

The City of Richmond is updating its Cycling Network Plan and wants to know how the public would prioritize different cycling improvements and connections at the implementation stage. This is Phase 2 of engagement, which incorporates the results of the Phase 1 engagement held earlier this year.

People are encouraged to visit LetsTalkRichmond.ca from November 1 to 30 to learn more, complete an online survey, add their thoughts to an ideas board, and use the mapping tool to identify priority bike routes.

The Cycling Network Plan provides a vision for the city’s future cycling network which will be expanded over time. The Plan is being updated to guide and prioritize investment in new cycling facilities and safety improvements throughout Richmond. The project will ensure the vision for cycling throughout Richmond reflects the aspirations of residents and reaffirms the priorities for investment in new and upgraded facilities in the years ahead.
