Richmond civic services closed Labour Day long weekend
01 September 2021
Richmond civic services will be closed on Monday, September 6 for Labour Day. Services will resume on Tuesday, September 7 at 8:15am.
Civic services
During the closure, many services remain accessible 24/7 through the City of Richmond’s website at www.richmond.ca. These online services include a variety of transactions, interactive tools and data searches. In addition, most information, forms, bulletins and flyers are also available on the website.
While civic services will resume on Tuesday, September 7, select facilities remain closed to the public as part of the City's response to COVID-19. Visit the Changes to City Services and Facilities page on the City’s website for more information and updates.
For emergencies such as broken water mains, sewer problems, downed trees on roads, traffic lights out or other problems, call the City’s 24-hour Emergency Line at 604-270-8721. Residents can also fill out an online Customer Feedback Form to request a service or report a problem, which will be reviewed during regular business hours.
