Andy Hobbs elected as Richmond City Councillor

Andy Hobbs has been elected as Councillor of the City of Richmond in the 2021 By-Election, pending a final declaration by the Chief Election Officer.
Andy Hobbs will fill a role that has been vacant since November 2020, and serve along with the other members of Richmond City Council until the next scheduled General Local and School Election on October 15, 2022. The results remain unofficial.
Voter turnout was approximately 10% per cent, with 13,002 ballots cast.
