City of Richmond civic services will be closed Friday, April 7 and Monday, April 10 for the Easter long weekend. Civic services will resume at 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11, including public access to City Hall.
While civic services are closed, many services are always accessible through the City of Richmond’s website at www.richmond.ca. These online services include a variety of transactions, interactive tools and data searches. In addition, most information, forms, bulletins and flyers are also available on the website.

For emergencies such as broken water mains, sewer problems, downed trees on roads, traffic lights out or other problems of this nature, call the City’s 24-hour Emergency Line at 604-270-8721.
Arts, Culture and Recreation
This long weekend is an ideal time to visit arts, cultural and heritage venues or spend time outside at one of Richmond’s many parks. Contact each facility directly for hours of operation.
To browse available City programs and to register, visit www.richmond.ca/register. The Registration Call Centre will reopen on Tuesday, April 11 with hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
