The City of Richmond is seeking feedback to help with the development of a program plan for the historical assets of Terra Nova Rural Park. The heritage buildings and historic landscapes found in the park have been preserved but have not yet been fully activated and interpreted. One of the key goals is to understand how people relate to the park’s historical assets and what kind of programs could be offered in the future to create the most benefit for visitors.
There are three opportunities to provide input:
- Attend a public open house on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00pm at Thompson Community Centre (5151 Granville Avenue)
- Attend a public open house on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 11:00am to 3:00pm at Terra Nova Rural Park (in the Red Barn at 2631 Westminster Highway)
- Complete a 10-minute online survey from Wednesday, April 3, 2024 to Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at LetsTalkRichmond.ca
