We encourage all residents to ensure any outstanding tax or utility balances are paid by December 31, 2024, to avoid interest charges in the New Year. We advise residents not to mail cheques as there may be a backlog or delay as Canada Post services resume.

Residents can conveniently check their balance through MyRichmond. Payments can be made:

• At your financial institution
  Payments can be made in person or through online banking
• City of Richmond drop box
  Available even during City Hall’s holiday closure
• In person at City Hall
  Note that cash payments are not accepted at City Hall
