Richmond City Council is inviting engaged and committed residents to apply for volunteer positions on a variety of Advisory Committees, Boards and Commissions that provide valuable perspectives on important civic matters.

These volunteer opportunities offer a meaningful way to contribute to the community and help shape City policies, programs and services. Members provide advice to Council on a wide range of topics, including arts and culture, environmental sustainability, community well-being, economic development and accessibility.

Appointments are generally for a one or two-year term, ending December 31 of the final year.
