The City of Richmond uses the Province of BC’s Voters List for Elections, and Elections BC maintains and updates the Voters List between elections. The Voters List includes your name and residential address if you are a registered resident voter.

If you are on the Voters List, you will receive your voter card in the mail.

If you are not on the Voters List, you can register in advance through Elections BC until August 18, 2026, or you can register when you vote.

If you are a Non-Resident Property Elector, you cannot confirm your registration with this tool. You will need to register every election.
