The City of Richmond will be holding a Remembrance Day ceremony at Richmond City Hall.
To facilitate the event, streets will be closed and traffic patterns will be changed between 8:00am and 1:30pm on Saturday, November 11. During this time, there will be restricted access on the following roadways:

• Granville Avenue will be closed in both directions from Minoru Boulevard to Buswell Street
• No. 3 Road will be closed in both directions from Park Road to Bennett Road
