The City of Richmond has announced Garry Point Grill & Fish ‘N’ Chips as the new food vendor to operate the concession at Garry Point Park, one of the region’s most popular visitor locations.

The Richmond-owned business will commence daily food service at the concession on Thursday, May 4. In addition to providing food items such as fish and chips, burgers and fries, Garry Point Grill & Fish ‘N’ Chips will offer customers a diverse and price-competitive menu with healthy options including vegetarian and vegan choices, as well as assorted hot and cold beverages and gelato. 

The vendor has experience delivering similar services for the Vancouver Parks Board, operating concessions at Spanish Banks, Jericho Beach and food truck services at Stanley Park during large events.

The concession at Garry Point Park provides an added benefit to the many local, regional and international visitors who come to experience its waterfront views, cherry blossom trees, Canada Day Celebrations, and many outdoor features such as the Kuno Garden and Scotch Pond.
